Services
Kallio Studio provides website design, hosting, maintenance and related services. The scope of each engagement is agreed in writing before work begins.
Payments
Payment must be made in full before the commencement of work. Website Care Plans are billed monthly.
Timeline
Standard website builds are delivered within 7 business days from receipt of content and brand assets. Delays in providing materials may extend the timeline.
Revisions
One round of revisions is included with each website package. Additional revisions can be quoted separately.
Website Care Plan
The Care Plan covers hosting, backups, security, minor edits and support. It is billed monthly, starting on the date the website goes live.
Ownership
On final payment, you own the design, content and domain associated with your website.
Cancellation
You may cancel a project at any time. Fees for work completed to date are non-refundable.
Privacy
We collect only the information required to deliver our services and do not share it with third parties, except where required by law.
Liability
Kallio Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid.
